Dancing Darkroom

It hit me while I was processing this image that doing darkroom work is a lot like being on a dance floor all by yourself.

Sometimes you really don't mind. The music is pumping through your body and your vision is lost in the lights and ambiance of the moment. You run with it, totally immersed inside of yourself and you could care less about who or what is around you.

Other times though, you just feel keenly aware that you are in the midst of self expression and you've got nobody else but yourself to keep you company.
