This image turned out quite nicely. I think the colors of the landscape combined with the model's darker skin tone gave this a nice painterly effect.
I was using my trusty ol' 40mm Nokton F/1.4. I think I've found that around F/2 is the sweet spot with that lens. Still plenty sharp with a nice soft blur in the background.
